Ngày Mai translates to “tomorrow” in Vietnamese. At Ngày Mai, we are dedicated to guiding individuals toward a brighter future by providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. Our mission is to empower clients to understand and overcome their challenges, equipping them with the tools and support they need to improve their mental well-being. We believe that every person has the potential for growth and healing, and together, we will help them see a better tomorrow. Cathy specializes in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, attention deficits disorders, mood disorders, insomnia and more. Cathy will work with clients to incorporate behavioral modifications, holistic techniques and medications to alleviate symptoms.
